Sign-in Updates:

  • Flexible Sign-in: Users with active subscriptions can continue using their username or email. New users (who create the account after February 26, 2025) will sign in using their email. This ensures a consistent and secure experience.
  • Google SSO Integration: Sign in faster and easier with your Google account.
  • Forgot Password: Reset your password anytime by clicking "Forgot Password" and entering the email associated with your account. We'll send you a reset link right away.

Subscription Management Updates:

  • Effortless Upgrades & Downgrades: Change your subscription plan directly within platform – no more canceling and resubscribing! All subscription management tools are available on your Subscriptions page (Organizations → [Your Organization Name] → Subscriptions).
  • Simplified Cancellation: Cancel your subscription directly within Agency Assassin – no more external logins required! This option is also available on your Subscriptions page.
  • Invoice Access: View and download your invoices easily, all within the app.
